Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Set up meetings with potential members referred by Treating Doctor & explain to them about Credo Health Services.

- Assess the inclusion & exclusion criteria before enrolling members in Credos services.

- Communicate about the packages, convince, and sell the packages to the members.

- Explain about the intensity of the disease and to encourage the members to initiate lifestyle changes.

- Regularly follow up for the closure with potential leads.

- Payment collection & getting the member disclaimer signed by the client.

- Educate clients about the chronic illnesses & clear their doubts on the same with respect to services provided at Credo.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate should be highly capable to identify a potential member, explain the services and plans offered by Credo and onboard potential members.
