Role :

- Leading all accounts related assignments.

- Providing support by working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions

- Analysing financial performance and contributing to business planning.

- Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.

- Implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls.

- Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, Balance Sheet, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and other related reports.

- Tracking day to day activities regarding statutory compliances and staying up to date with the same.

What are we looking for:

- CA with minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Good knowledge of accounting, books closure and monthly MIS.

- Exposure in Internal Auditing, Income Tax, Companies Act 2013, PF, PT

- Exceptional leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented, well-organized.

- Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment.
