Key Responsibilities: Looking for individuals with experience in Credit risk management who would be responsible for setting up in-house risk policy function for digital sourcing. - Develop a data-driven credit policy framework for unsecured lending products, sourced within Creditvidya's B2C Marketplace - Set up delinquency benchmarks across each product, monitor portfolio performance, run test campaigns, measure adherence to policy - Clearly communicate strategy to senior stakeholders and review the operational process time and again to suggest necessary efficiency improvements - Constantly review the policy, competition, macro-economic and regulatory environment, and update the policy across all products - Work closely with Product, Tech and Analytics teams to come up with alternate data based policies to enable seamless digital sourcing while maintaining portfolio health - Conduct necessary testing and UAT in BRE to ensure proper delivery of policy rules - Present the policy to external stakeholders - lending institutions and demand players as and when required Key Skills: - Proven work experience of 5-7 years as Credit underwriter, Policy Manager or a similar role in a Bank, NBFC or Fintech - Understanding of Sales/Credit/Collections/Legal aspects of retail lending business, especially MSME unsecured loans - Preferably have exposure to new-age digital lending, fintech market - Technical skills to conduct UATs in rule engine systems and maintain policy documents - Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving B2B setup - Graduate &amp; Above - CA/Actuaries/etc - Key Skills: Credit underwriting, Credit management, People management.
