Job Responsibilities - Managing the Tele-collections team for Bkt1 calling and measuring the performance of the Telecallers against the set Targets - Ensuring that the customers are properly educated on the loan aspect. - Ensuring that maximum accounts are resolved through Auto payment. - Ensuring that maximum output is being achieved by allocating the right set of account to the TC unit - Ensuring that the productivity of the team is at the optimum level. - Monitor and achieve collection targets set by the management. - Reviewing delinquent accounts on a regular basis/understanding customer feedback and analyzing potential defaulters. - Ensuring seamless flow of data and capturing right set of trails - Understanding default reasons and reporting any suspected fraud to management. - Review problematic accounts by understanding the issues and provide them better repayment structure. - Holding regular meetings with Team to understand collections issues/queries and feedbacks. - Ensure to train the vendors periodically on process/systems and policies - Responsible for process implementation of payments received. - Provide timely feedback on the escalations/audit/compliance issues to the Management - Keeping a close tab over training and certification of the callers - Ensuring that the attrition rate is under control
