Technology driven startup looking for Manager analytics  Responsibility:  Manage analytics for the Startup, this will include working on unorthodox data sources like social media & mobile and other traditional data sources like liabilities banking information & credit bureau information.  Using these set of data to develop risk models, dashboards, identifying important metrices/variables, customer segmentation, clustering, network graph, affinity models, propensity models, lifestyle curves, fraud prediction engine  Ideal candidate profile:  Educational Qualifications: MBA / M.Sc. Statistics / M.Sc Economics / M.Sc. Maths  Relevant Work Experience: 4-6 years  - Strong working knowledge of analytics in at least two of following fields:  - Credit risk analytics for a bank  - Credit bureau analytics  - Liabilities data analytics  - Credit card / consumer durable loans analytics  - Fraud Analytics  - Strong working knowledge of linear regression / logistic regression / CHAID / CART / clustering / market basket analysis / nearest neighbor forests / random forests  - Expertise in working on R or Python is must  - Excellent soft skills to communicate and present analytics findings in really easy to understand manner
