- Ensuring strong vendor management in the specified region. - Ensuring that right set of vendors are hired for every bucket with right set of skill/manpower/infrastructure - Monitor and achieve collection targets set by the management. - Reviewing delinquent accounts on a regular basis/understanding customer feedback and analyzing potential defaulters. - Understanding default reasons and reporting any suspected fraud to management. - Review problematic accounts by understanding the issues and provide them better repayment structure. - Holding regular meetings with vendors to understand collections team progress. - Ensure to train the vendors periodically on process/systems and policies - Responsible for process implementation of payments received. - Provide timely feedback on the escalations/audit/compliance issues to the Management - To keep a tab on legal activities and co-ordinate with Legal team to smoothen the flow of the course. - Ensure to keep the NPAs on a defined level as prescribed by Management. - Ensure to keep a strong tab on due calling data and update the new contacts and addresses of the customers. - Analyzing market trends and product specific issues. - Handling settlement of payments. - Recruit new candidates for collections and train them as per the requirements of the business.
