CreditVidya - Senior Risk Analyst

- We are looking for an experienced Risk Analyst to setup, monitor and drive the end to end credit risk management framework

- Collaborate with the Credit Policy, Collections and Tech team to help formulate credit policy framework, develop risk models and early warning signals, propose tech enablement, and implement and track key risk metrics.

- The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data sets and have a working knowledge of credit and risk within lending.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the Policy team with data driven insights to formulate or enhance credit policy framework

- Handle end to end Risk and collection module and define KPIs and KRAs

- Work with Policy team in setting up risk benchmarks

- Implement Key Metrics to monitor portfolio performance and identify warning signals and ECL calculations

- Work with Collections team in understanding the customer's payment behaviour

- Collaborate with partner lenders, credit bureaus, business partners for augmenting in-house data with external datasets to enrich credit risk understanding of the customer

- Create risk and collections related reports and dashboards

- Work on historical data to generate relevant information to drive risk and collection strategies

- Collaborate with tech team for developing tech features to enhance data sourcing and improving risk metrices

- Manage sourcing and organisation of payment related data

- To manage risk metrices for existing and new customer acquisitions

Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of previous work experience in data analytics in Credit and Risk domain

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other analytical and data visualization tools

- Experience in the financial services / Fintech ecosystem preferred

- Display an understanding of product, credit risk, and collections related terms

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
