CreditVidya - Senior Manager - Growth - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Key responsibilities:

- Identify new acquisition channels by conducting in-depth primary and second research and assist sales for the deal closure

- Devise and implement GTM strategies for all new product launches in the lending domain

- Scale the existing channels by 5-10X by identifying the key levers for growth, Work closely with cross,functional teams (product, finance & delivery) to pilot, build & scale lending programs in a sustainable manner. Own, set up, and track output metrics for each program (Disbursals, Adoption, ROI)

- Actively track the regulations in the financial services industry and be a thought leader in communicating to various stakeholders

- Perform competitor analysis and refine the positioning to be the # 1 embedded financial service provider in the country

Basic Qualifications:

- MBA/Bachelor's degree from tier 1 colleges and/or worked in a fast-paced growth startup/ relevant industry experience

- Good business acumen with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, The candidate must be proactive, self-starter, highly motivated, and able to manage complex programs independently

- Strong program management skills, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
