Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our team of PMs and manage the entire consumer experience roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building products used by millions of customers, possess excellent analytical skills, and have experience working with senior stakeholders. From your experience, you should:

- Have completed a bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and MBA.

- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of managing consumer-facing products.

- Experience leading a team of Product Managers and working with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated success in building products used by millions of customers, with a focus on data-driven product improvements.

- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with senior stakeholders.

- A deep understanding of the fintech industry and trends, with a passion for creating user-centric products.

What you will be doing?

- Lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the entire consumer experience roadmap, driving the product strategy, vision, and execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business, to deliver high- quality products that meet the needs of millions of customers.

- Leverage strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for product improvements, prioritizing features based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.

- Drive product upgrades backed by data, ensuring the product development process aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.

- Liaise with various senior stakeholders, providing timely progress updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.

- Mentor and guide junior Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
