3. We launched embedded credit in 2020 under the brand name Prefr where we deeply embed our solution within a large online distribution platform at the time of the transaction for consumers via Personal Loan/Consumer Loan

What you will be doing?

1. Develop and execute Prefr's growth strategy in partnership with the leadership team.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with internet platforms

2. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop insights to inform Prefr's business strategy

3. Manage key projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution

4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internet platforms, regulators, and investors

5. Lead the development of business plans, associated financial models, and presentations for internal and external audiences

6. Recommend top-down improvements in organizational processes and policies to drive efficiencies and provide high quality customer service

7. Lead and oversee key/strategic projects for the unit ensuring cross functional coordination and timely progress

From your experience, you should:

1. MBA or equivalent degree, preferably, from India's top tier management institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.)

2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or project management, preferably in fintech, consulting, or technology companies

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of taking initiative, building new businesses, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

6. Passion for fintech, innovation, and technology-enabled disruption
