About the role :

We are looking for a Campaign Manager for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers for lending business. The role specifically focuses on initiatives planned at increasing customer acquisition at the top of the funnel.

What you will be doing ?

- Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned marketing calendar

- Work with creative agencies to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions

- Designing and carrying out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (both internal and external), including business, marketing and agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution

- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence by ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials

- Conduct regular competitor analysis to assess their marketing strategies, competitive landscape and identify new marketing opportunities

What you will be doing?

- Bachelor's/Post graduate with at least 2-3 year experience as a campaign manager or similar role

- Proven experience with large scale campaigns execution across in-app and other marketing channels

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Candidates from Fintech/payments background will be preferred
