CreditOn - Business Analyst/Associate Product Manager (2-6 yrs)

At CreditOn, we are looking to add two energetic, smart, self-driven product managers to our product development team in Gurgaon.

CreditOn is an AI-first digital lending SaaS product stack, enabling customer origination, credit decisioning & digital KYC for credit cards, consumer loans & SME loans. CreditOn enables large entrenched lenders to transform themselves into agile digital lenders at scale without compromising on credit quality. Over the last 4 years, the product has enabled the disbursal of over INR 30,000 cr (~USD 4bn) of retail & SME credit for our lending partners.

We are looking for product managers and business analysts who are passionate about using cutting-edge tech (ML, AI, OCR) to further the fintech revolution, specifically in the area of lending. We look for a good combination of proactive (come up with new product features based on metrics and observed problems) and listening (features based on customer interactions).

You will be expected to work closely with our engineering team and with customers in ensuring the right ideas are implemented, used and produce optimal results. The position comes with a starting salary range of INR 15 lacs to INR 25 lacs per annum, based on merit, experience and fit.


a.Identifying / understanding real-world problems, helping scope product features and working with engineers to execute it. Assume ownership of your product.

b.Ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, engineering, marketing, credit.

c.Ability to demonstrate and showcase complex product features from our extensive credit decisioning and origination platform is a critical responsibility

d.Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.

e.Strong business management and analysis skills. P&L experience a plus.


A broad overview of the credit-tech product landscape and related problem areas like eKYC and instant credit decisioning is necessary for this role.
