Conceptualize a framework for evaluating performance of various business units. 3. Will work closely with the senior team to ensure revenue and cost metrics delivery. 4. Evaluate and come up with new monetisation opportunities. 5. The ideal candidate should be a numbers person. 6. A high degree of familiarity with B2C and or B2B business models and with a sharp mind and the attitude that a start-up needs. 7. Assist in the development of the operating and financial plan (1year/3year/10year) Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools. 8. Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports o Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports. 9. Work closely with the functional PPMs to develop the monthly forecasts for the P&amp;L and Cash Flow. 10. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures o Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. 11. Suggest performance improvements by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies&nbsp; - Assist to develop and automate financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. 12. Special Projects : Support the analyses of new business cases to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations. 13. Support ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis requests from Senior Management. 14. Should be Detail oriented.
