Position Title - Manager/Senior Manager - Business Intelligence & Analytics

Reporting to (Title) AGM - Business Intelligence & Analytics

Position Summary:

The person is responsible for carrying out analytics to support business decisions from both business and risk perspective, and ensure timely preparation of presentations and reports for key stakeholders.

The position is based at Grameen Koota HQ in Bangalore.

Key Accountability:

Analytics : 

- Conduct analysis using available internal and external data; come up with actionable insights and present it in a suitable format for sharing with the senior management

- Perform competitive analysis on various operational and financial parameters

- Meet ad-hoc analysis requirements

- Support development of analytical models/business intelligence (BI) tool as and when sought

Presentations and Reporting

- Prepare presentations for board, investors and other key stakeholders

- Ensure timely reporting to key internal and external stakeholders

- Liaise with IT Dept. for development of new reports, or improvement/changes in existing ones

- Meet ad-hoc data/customized reporting requirement as and when sought

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification

- Graduation/Post Graduation from a reputed institute is a must

Knowledge & Experience

- Fresher/Up to 4 years of work experience (preferably relevant)

- Knowledge of MS-Excel/R/Python/SQL/SAS/PowerBI/Tableau would be an added advantage
