Credit Underwriting Role - Private Debt - Financial Services

- Opportunity for Private debt - Credit underwriting role with one of our leading financial services client in Mumbai

- Key member of the team for deal execution, credit underwiriting & evaluation and investment/portfolio management

- Primary focus is ownership of credit proposals - Ability to deep dive and generate credit theses, through interaction with management and persual of relevant company and industry data

- Maintain relations with bankers/portfolio company management that help the platform in building long-term work contacts within the private credit landscape

- Core Functions - Deal evaluation, Complete Due Diligence, Credit Memo Finalization, Term Sheet Building, Ability to handle IC meetings with ownership of work done

- Maintaining high level MIS of portfolio companies and tracking them efficiently (monitoring), and also comparing portfolio performance across competitors

- Work on developing thesis across (a) credit themes (b) sector views (c ) Understating of regulations in conjunction with legal and compliance functions
