Role: Credit Underwriting - Consumer Durable Loans

Job Description:

- Evaluation of credit of various categories of customers within the prescribed TAT.

- Managing External vendors such as like verification agency, Valuation agency, Personal Decision agency across assign location

- Ensuring the Quality & Turnaround time maintained for external vendors regular visits to the vendors has to be done

- Regular training to be conducted to all external vendors & location visits liaison with other functional for seeding / audited findings of vendors.

- Responsible for Review and support approval of credit files as per policy .

- Review of portfolio with respect to delinquency/losses/fraud on the portfolio by monitoring Flow Rates and net Credit Losses.

- Ensuring that all the files are completed as per the documentation checklist. Ensuring that all the regulatory policies and procedures are met and adhered to.

- Train, assist, encourage business for sourcing quality files which increases efficiencies and jointly meet business targets

- Decision files with complete & correct documentation and ensuring correctness income documentation. Ensuring decision of cases which are clear from all aspects (KYC, technical, financial, RCU and banking).

- Regular dealer / DSA meetings carried out and market feedback obtained from dealers. Service related issues discussed and reviewed. Necessary empanelment of additional dealers / DSA done.

- Technical capabilities: quality control measures, data tracking & data analysis of credit team, credit appraisals quality Checking, scrutinizing documents, sanctioning credit limits.

- Conducting UAT of systems for smooth flow of files. Start up and Management of Branches, recruitment and training of credit and CPA Staff.

Salary offered: 8 - 9 LPA
