The Role: - Responsible for credit policies, credit process and making credit model/algorithm for quicker loan disbursements - Credit approval and ensuring approvals - Maintaining a portfolio of customers, monitor repayment progress and lead collections initiatives for delinquent accounts - Work with the engineering and product team to build automated credit appraisal models and reports using machine learning algorithms Requirement: - Minimum 1-year experience in consumer loan underwriting - Strong judgment to deal with ambiguity - Confidence to deal with difficult clients - Experience in presenting to a senior audience - Having a systematic approach to work and an eye for detail - Self-driven and proactive in executing projects.
