Job Description :

- Accountable for day-to-day oversight and control on functional basis and ensure performance levels are within or better than SLA

- Perform local administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies and procedures

- Monthly SLA/KPI Performance/Trend Reports for senior management

- Manage Quality of Service Delivery of teams

- Develop and refine internal processes to capture operational and product related metrics, to track and improve efficiency of teams

- Manage/monitor all applicable SOX and other internal controls effectively

Qualification : MBA (Operations)/CA

- 12+ years of work experience, including experience in managing application support programs and large teams, preferably in a bank/financial institution

- Exposure to PeopleSoft/Oracle - preferable

- Excellent communication, data manipulation skills

- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple, competing demands

- Must be a self-starter requiring minimal guidance
