This team is also called the Client Reference Data production team. - Manage the day-to-day operations of regional staff - Manage staff development through objective setting and performance reviews - Responsible for monthly overview of control effectiveness, key risks and issues, make sure that all KRI/KPI targets are achieved - Responsible for monthly 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports - Responsible for monthly completion of core Supervisor Challenge activities - Responsible for daily pulse check and weekly team meetings to enable effective oversight of staff as well as provide an open forum to discuss issues/updates - Identify trends, process efficiencies and control gaps - Perform weekly review of outstanding items, control and reconciliations report breaks - Work closely with Team Lead, gathering feedback regarding team members, planning their development - Responsible for recruitment process for Analyst and Team Lead positions, work closely with HR department - Act as escalation point and perform root cause analysis to support our stakeholders - Facing off with external and internal auditors for control related queries/requests You Offer -&nbsp; Degree in Business, Finance or related field - Managerial skills - people and process management - Good understanding of Client Referential Data / Account Data - Business Analysis skills are required - Basic SQL Skills preferred - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work well within teams as well as an individual contributor - Financial services background helpful - Basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, powerpoint, Visio) - Quick learner capable of working in a fast paced environment - Proficient problem solving skills - Proficient organization skills - Attention to detail is critical Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
