APAC Training centralization, centrally maintains compliance training records for APAC employees. Prime tasks of the processes are as mentioned below :

- Track attendance of APAC -New Joiner Induction Trainings by checking the Signing sheets received from various compliance officers

- Send Compliance Certification e-mails to staff and ensure their completion

- Track attendance of Division Specific Training

- Prepare Compliance bulletin and Policies in Pipeline document

- Liaison with Various compliance officers in APAC to escalate the pending Induction & Certification cases

- Provide assistance to Compliance officers in conducting Inductions

- Prepare and collate data for Compliance officers on adhoc basis

- Prepare various reports

- Support compliance officers in revising policies


- Post graduate or a graduate with good understanding of compliance

- Should be a good team player

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills a must

- Ability to multi-task competing priorities whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Proven innovator, ability to change the perspective of the organization and think laterally

- Good at MS office tools
