Credit Suisse - Manager - Business Risk - PPNR

Your field of responsibility

The opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative team within the Group Enterprise Risk, stress testing department, which provides exposure to all business divisions and various risks affecting the firm

- Responsible for the delivery of Pre-Provision Net Revenue (PPNR) stressed projections for Divisional/CS Group, which is used for internal risk management/business planning and to meet regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with divisional Chief Finance Officer (CFO) function's senior management to understand and provide effective review & challenge of PPNR model results for various internal and regulatory scenarios

- You will be working with PPNR modelling teams and implementing existing stress testing methodologies and addressing senior management

- The results of the developed stress testing approaches would feed into internal risk appetite process for Credit Suisse, so this role would include frequent interaction with various teams in ERM

- The role is a high visibility role with key partners ranging from CFO teams, Quant Strats, Senior Management and Regulators

Your skills and experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

5+ years of experience of having worked in a risk modelling/analytics function, preferably in PPNR model development or validation role

- Proven understanding of stress testing methodology, especially around aspects of revenue projections and producing meeting decision material

- Proven experience of working with a global investment bank or other similar global financial institution

- Outstanding presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and balance multiple items under the time pressure

- Being highly organized and able to manage towards tight deadlines, while ensuring quality and diligence in producing the deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to present complex issues to senior business partners in a simple way

- High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
