Credit Risk Methodology Change Lead # 114355 Description - Lead Business analyst (BA) function involves working closely with business partners and the CRO IT department. It includes writing/reviewing Business Requirements documentation, reviewing Functional Specifications, performing and/or coordinating with end users the User Acceptance Testing, training end users on new system functionality, and managing production issues through to resolution - Exposure to various credit risk models, methodologies &amp; systems - Opportunity to engage with our key clients, in Credit Risk Management, RFDAR, BMR, Front office and senior management - Exposure to a wide variety of IB products and projects across the Investment Bank - Project experience including analysis, testing and implementation Qualifications Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies: - Excellent business analysis experience within banking and financial services, including specification of business requirements - Profound understanding and experience in risk methodologies and models, experience in credit risk implementations - Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders, and ability to engage with quantitative experts - Excellent communication skills - Ability to write solid business documents (BRD, FSD Or Project Charters), deeply solid organizing skills and good project management skills - Experience of at least one of the following: Excel VBA, MS Access, Business Objects. Familiarity with SQL is a must. Basic knowledge of R is a plus - Knowledge of statistical concepts will be advantageous - Effective and collaborative Leadership
