We have openings in the following functions in Group Finance Function : Legal Entity Accounting and Review (LEAR) Role Description The Legal Entity Controllers sit in FMAR and are the main point of contact to the Stakeholder Managers for all financial information, including both routine and ad-hoc requirements, related to a single or a group of Legal Entities.They are accountable (for a given Legal Entity or group of legal entities) for ensuring that financial reporting processes and controls in place are fit for purpose and that the quality of the outputs produced as a result meets stakeholder requirements (accurate, timely, etc):They rely on process owners within FMAR and consider process outputs/ KPIs/dashboards in order to satisfy themselves with the outcome of the full set of FMAR processes for their entity. They perform baseline analytical review to ensure that financial data from other Finance sources make sense but do not conduct assessments of controls in upstream functions (FO, Ops, PC, Risk, etc.) unless specific issues are detected in the LEC review.They represent the overall reporting and process results to the Stakeholder manager and, as required, to stakeholders. Function : Expense Accounting Control Role Description - As part of the CFO division, Expense Accounting & Controls provides transparent and reliable information to our stakeholders by optimizing the use of financial resources. This includes Monthly Expense Accrual process for the Corp Functions division. The role entails monthly reporting as per the US GAAP for functions in scope on a monthly/quarterly & yearly basis. He/She will be required to communicate effectively given the interaction with global teams . He/she will be required to work on the preparations of financial statements, various statutory audit requirements and addressing the auditors review comments. He/She has responsibility to ensure that tasks assigned are performed to the required standards and the issues are escalated appropriately. He/She should be a team player and possess an attitude to deliver beyond assigned responsibilities. 3) Function - Basel II Measurement and Reporting Role Description : The role entails working in the Basel III Production Team, performing Basel III Capital calculations under FINMA and/or PRA for month end and on a daily basis. This person will be required to perform calculations, variance analysis. Must possess excellent communication skills as profile requires daily interaction with global teams based in Singapore, London, Zurich and NY. This will be a single contributor role. Having a basic understanding of the various financial products like OTC Derivatives, Repos, Loans, Open Trades and how the accounting of this works will help to a large extent for this role.The person has responsibility to ensure that the above tasks are performed to the standards required under the Collaboration Agreement with the Regulatory team and that issues are escalated appropriately. Function : Legal Entity Standard Reporting Role Description : The Legal Entity Standard Reporting team is responsible for the generation and submission of standard reports at a group or entity level, including financial accounts and related disclosures, head office reporting (ADAC), statistical regulatory reporting and MI reporting for business and regional management. The role entails monthly reporting as per the US GAAP for entities in scope on a monthly/quarterly & yearly basis. He/She will be required to communicate effectively given the interaction with global teams based in EMEA, Americas, Hong Kong or Australia. He/she will be required to work on the preparations of financial statements, various statutory audit requirements and addressing the auditors review comments. Having a basic understanding of the preparation of IFRS financial statements will help to a large extent for this role. He/She has responsibility to ensure that tasks assigned are performed to the required standards and the issues are escalated appropriately. He/She should be a team player and possess an attitude to deliver beyond assigned responsibilities. Function - Group Financial Reporting Role Description : Group Financial Reporting team is responsible for the accurate, complete and timely preparation of the consolidated financial statements and related disclosures of the Credit Suisse Group, Credit Suisse Bank, Credit Suisse Parent & CS Schweiz AG Consolidated. The team is also responsible for Regulatory reporting at CS Group level to SNB/ FINMA. The role entails reporting as per US GAAP / Swiss GAAP/ SNB or FINMA Regulations for Consolidated Group on a monthly/quarterly / semi- annual or annual basis. He/She will be required to communicate effectively with global teams based in EMEA, Americas, Switzerland and Asia Pacific. He/she will be required to work on the preparation of financial statements, sox requirements and addressing the review comments from auditor. 6) Function - Inter Company Transfer Pricing Role Description : ICTP team is responsible for performing Inter Company Recharges, Transfer Pricing calculations/bookings, Invoicing and Settlements. The team is also responsible for resolving Inter Company breaks and providing top side adjustments to the Group financials. The role entails booking of Cost Recharges, Invoicing and Settlements resolving Inter Company breaks. He/She will be required to communicate effectively given the interaction with global teams. Having a basic understanding of accounting will help to a large extent for this role. He/She has responsibility to ensure that tasks assigned are performed to the required standards and the issues are escalated appropriately. He/She should be a team player and possess an attitude to deliver beyond assigned responsibilities.
