We Offer: An exciting journey to join Credit Suisse.

We provide financings to sovereigns and companies in CEEMEA region and a big focus for us is analysing the credit worthiness of the borrowers. This includes reviewing reports on the country, industry and analysing financials of the borrower, focusing on cash flows, drivers for the business.

This analysis varies in depth and detail according to the stage of the financing. For initial inquiries, we look at the available information quickly and would look to get timely feedback on what information is available and once we go forward with a financing, we need to prepare a detailed credit memo that provides overview of the company (borrower), country economic performance, industry overview if relevant. We look at projections and need to build in sensitivities for the key drivers to stress the model.

You offer:

In summary, we are looking for candidates with credit analysis / IBD background. Some specific tasks would include:

- Contribution CRM memos - long or short form (with focus on country / company / industry overview sections)

Company research and credit overview at early inquiry stage, as appropriate, both of the above would require aptitude in:

- Understanding of company financial statements

- Understanding of credit metrics and the type of data and analysis performed for credit review (criteria similar to what the credit rating agencies focus on)

- Familiarity with cashflow models and ability to build and stress a cashflow model (i.e. model cases that stress revenue /capex, etc. or the specific divers)

- Understanding of key sovereign measures, such as GDP

- Research and data mining, benchmarking

- Word / powerpoint processing

- CS related and product presentations, as appropriate

- Accounting skills would be very helpful as well
