We Offer:  - Seeking key support for the Equity Research management team on regulatory and controls efforts. An opportunity to develop and deliver metrics and analysis, which will help senior Research management make strategic decisions and drive a controls culture.  - Primary responsibility will be to manage MIS for the Research department, as well as the US Analyst Scorecard, an important regulatory and performance measurement tool.   - The scorecard process involves aggregating and analyzing numerous disparate data sources. You will be responsible for generating and distributing management reports leveraging this data.  - Other responsibilities include testing Research-specific controls, and general support of the Research controls effort.   You Offer:  - Excellent PC skills; advanced knowledge of Excel, Access (VBA), Business Objects, EssBase, SQL.  - SQL queries is very critical and essential to this role. Need to write new and identify pre-written queries  - For VBA, need a good understanding to be able to troubleshoot pre-existing codes in order to fix or improve current processes around our workflow   - Comfortable working with large data sets from diverse sources.  - Ideally an IT background with Finance knowledge & relevant experience, 4-5 yrs experience.
