Major Job Responsibilities:
- To work as a Change Management resource in the FSB DGI project and support primarily Target State stream within the project.
- The resource will play a key role within the team in ensuring the project meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage.
- The team will focus on the assessment of current architecture and system capabilities and provide recommendation and support for driving future state of the Financial Close applications that is aligned to the Group Finance's target state landscape.
Role involves working on proposals and executing :
- Change to business processes
- Change to systems and technology
- Requirement gathering
- Support SIT and UAT
- Transitioning processes from project mode to BAU mode
- Training support
- Communications support
- Track and report issues
Skill Sets required:
- Gradulate/ Postgraduate with 3 - 5 years of change experience.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles
- Experience of working with onsite/offshore model
- Experience of working closely with IT Development and support teams
- Experience of requirement gathering, execution and testing
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle
- One implementation project of any ERP or Enterprise application is a must
