We Offer:

- The role is for a team member within the Risk Frameworks team as part of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management (EORM) Group. The individual will be expected to participate in several key inter and intra department relationships, and be responsible for delivering the comprehensive Enterprise

- Risk Frameworks for Credit Suisse Group and Parent. The role will be embedded within a wider team working on the risk appetite of Group and key Credit-Suisse subsidiaries, ensuring an integrated bank-wide approach is in place across all legal entities.

- The role is responsible for a high profile work-stream to deliver and further develop the Enterprise-wide Risk Frameworks for CS. This would involve developing the approaches to analyzing and assessing the risk, as well as also be involved in figuring out types and levels of risk to which the Bank is willing to be exposed in order to achieve our financial objectives.

- Close interaction with the businesses, risk guides and CFO teams is crucial to the successful delivery of the frameworks.

Core tasks will involve:

- Researching and developing appropriate methodologies and processes to establish Enterprise-wide Risk Frameworks for CS in-line with regulatory expectations (e.g. Step in Risk), including updates to the policies, procedures and risk appetites statements

- Drive and co-ordinate the risk assessments for complex trades/transactions structured by Front Office in collaboration with wider CRO, CFO teams & businesses and ascertain any implications on Capital/Liquidity position of the bank

- Analyze and perform the risk assessment for new trades/business initiatives to ensure that they align to established risk appetite and are in-line with firms's strategy

- Preparation of high quality presentations and analysis for a diverse audience from senior management, to risk management committees and non-risk forums

- Preparation of various regulatory submission material on Risk Framework and assessments to FINMA, PRA and other regulatory bodies

You Offer:

- By being part of EORM you should have a Master's degree in Finance discipline with 1-3 years of work experience.

- You have professional qualifications within a relevant field i.e. FRM, CFA and deep understanding would be an added advantage (completed or in progress)

- You have strong communication skills in written English, analytical skills and experience of producing formal documentation

- You have excellent proficiency and deep knowledge with MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

- You have some experience within a risk department of a large bank or a consultancy firm would be preferable

- You have self-motivation, task focus, discipline, ability to structure the work and a consistent record of delivering high quality result to strict deadlines
