We Offer : Global Operations Solution Delivery : Head of GOSD Settlements India and India Delivery Lead for US/EMEA Securities Settlements - An exciting opportunity to participate in a high profile programmes across Group Operations and Group Operations Solution Delivery, helping build and develop the GOSD Settlements Organisation in India and partner globally with Securities Settlements to deliver on the large book of work. - You are going to over all Lead for GOSD Settlements in India and India Delivery Lead for US/EMEA Securities Settlements - You will collaborate with the GOSD Head of US/EMEA Securities Settlements (DIR) who is based in Raleigh with a dotted line into the Global Head of GOSD Settlements (MDR) based in London and a local line into the GOSD head of India (DIR) - You will deal with local management of the Settlements function of Group Operations Solution Delivery (GOSD) in India, a team of around 15 permanent staff with a view to growing this team to around 100 over the next 2-3 years. - Recruitment of local leads in partnership with global counterparts - You will have Exciting and challenging role as the India lead for the delivery of US/EMEA Securities Settlements, working globally with counterparts in London, New York and Raleigh, running the local team in Pune and handling a local vendor resource of around 100. - You will ensure a strong production focus partnering with the Production & Performance team to achieve high production stability of our business critical systems while reducing complexity and cost. - You will working with the head of US/EMEA Securities Settlements to drive the process to outline and improve the Strategy, Target State and Operating model around services in line with IT and GOSD principles - You will enable the team leads and domain experts to effectively perform across different technologies from improvement on Mainframe and Java/Oracle platforms to complex 3rd Party Vendor Software integration - We will ensure architecture compliance by collaborating with GOSD functional and domain architects in partnership with global delivery leads - You will have accountability to establish and maintain a professional and balanced relationship with business partners, sponsors, vendors, IT & GOSD partners You Offer : Experience : - You possess Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related subject; alternatively an equivalent education within one of these fields - You have consistent record of minimum. 15 years- professional IT experience, of which at least 5 years have been spent within a complex global and matrix-structured environment in the financial/banking sector (preferably with knowledge in operations IT) and in the role as a IT Line Manager - You have demonstrated ability to handle the overall execution of multiple book of works - You have excellent partner management, facilitation, good communication and leadership skills - You have solid experience in leading complex and time-critical projects/programs, implementing Workforce/Vendor strategy and leading teams on-shore and off-shore - You have familiarity with different technologies such as Mainframe, Linux, Oracle and middleware technologies - You have advanced English language skills Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
