We Offer: Head of Finance Operations Role is part of the Group Finance organization. This team is responsible for managing Vendor Payments, Staff Expenses, Service Company Billings for the bank. Finance Operations is also a key member of the S2P function across the bank. - Looking for a tenured leader who has experience managing global payment operations especially managing it through a Vendor Partner arrangement where we are adopting an - extended team approach and attitude. - Someone who - by being be a recipient of the service can manage &amp; influence the vendor service delivery standards and run a seamless operation - Ability to give direction on the service delivery strategy (going forward). Expectation is - once the model is settled, make it more efficient by leveraging Vendor Partner and traditional resources internally. - Strong stakeholder management skills as this role will be working with senior stakeholders across the group. - The individual will also manage change &amp; control as part of the role; change and control enhancements are also key delivery areas in the first 1-2 years as well as service delivery. - Ability to build engagement between CS &amp; TCS team - to ensure that they feel as part of the extended team. - Strategic Partner capable of working with and driving the End to End strategy of Vendor Payments across the P2P landscape. - This team works closely with Sourcing and Vendor management team and is a key contact point for majority of employees. - Candidate is expected to play a pivotal role in driving technology change in the function in partnering with Change and IT teams. Identification of key projects, smooth implementation and UAT is vital for success. - Metrics : Annual Payments in excess of CHF9BN, Extended Team of 150-200 (including 50 retained staff) based across all regions with Pune and Wroclaw (Poland) being main locations, - Senior Director position with senior stakeholder interaction and significant visibility in the firm - Possibility of taking up additional responsibility in future (based on the individual's brief) - key priority is bedding down the - transition- into the Vendor Partner. You Offer: - Accountant / MBA with rich global experience in excess of 15 years in business around AP / AR / Finance Operations is a must - Candidates having experience with third party provider will be preferred. - Candidate must have global team management experience. - Candidate must have had led successful strategic change programmes.
