We Offer : The Global Business Continuity Management team reports into the CRO organization and part of the Enterprise Operational Risk Management. Reporting to the Regional BCM Head, responsible for BCM matters across India, including: Planning and Preparation; Risk Identification and Mitigation; Testing and Training; and Crisis Management. 1. Provide oversight of the BCM program in India; ensuring adherence to the BCM life-cycle. Key face-off to local management. In conjunction with Regional Head, collaborate with local regulator, audit, etc., on BCM matters. SME for BCM in India. 2. Provide assessment of actual or potential threats and situations and, in conjunction with Regional Head, managing/coordinating the response of such events that may impact business operations. This includes dedicated liaison with regional facilities management, Security, IT, businesses and BCM colleagues. 3. Providing professional BCM advisory, training and support to partners to ensure key business continuity risks and issues are well understood and mitigated or risk-accepted; 5. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and BCP Plan reviews, field work and business analysis as needed to support BoW initiatives. Ensure compliance with Global Minimum Standards and policy. 6. Conduct and co-ordinate highly participative BCM training and awareness programs. 7. Participate and support the BCM readiness team on annual testing program. 8. Handle project work as required. 9. Lead team of BCM analysts to ensure all dedications are met with the highest quality.
