Core Myriad Delivery Lead Project Manager role
We Offer :
- Maintain and manage the consolidated delivery plan for Myriad, the strategic Risk and Finance data platform. Work closely with IT teams for estimation, planning and delivery including creation of realistic and aggressive plans. Act as POC for key risk forums and similar working groups to represent Myriad plan.
- Own and run change control board for all demands into Myriad.
- Collaborate with Myriad Vertical delivery lead to prioritize and track dependencies across verticals. Also assist the development of CRO Change India capability as a senior member of management team
- Management of consolidated Myriad delivery plan including core platform build out and support for numerous regulatory programs
- Strict control and oversight of all aspects of project delivery from requirements to user testing, deployment and rol lout, with appropriate accountability of delivery by involved parties.
- Challenge and validate the delivery plans, estimations, assumptions and highlight/escalate risks/issues and provide solutions to mitigate.
- Work closely with IT PMs to embed the IT plan in the overall delivery plan and maintain control over the delivery of the plan and report/escalate/correct slippages and delays
- Collaborate with vertical program engagement lead to prioritize and incorporate program demands into the consolidated plan and facilitate prioritization with business stakeholders
- Assist with set up of CRO Change India capability, specifically in the area of project management and facilitate transition of projects
You Offer :
- 15+ years of global project and program management experience
- At least half of that experience should be from investment banking industry directly or as a vendor
- Solid understanding of investment banking products and processes with core focus areas of risk and finance
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects impacting business process and IT changes at large scale
- Good understanding of data governance and data quality management concepts in context of investment banking business
- Good understanding of market and credit risk concepts and processes and some experience with banking regulations Basel 3, BCBC239, CCAR etc.
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Very strong project planning, tracking and management skills with ability to track details and roll at the appropriate summary level for stakeholder reporting
- A Can-Do attitude and ability to collaborate /influence multiple diverse resources for achieving delivery targets
- An MBA (finance) or related degree from a reputed institution
- This roles is a key management role for the CRO Change team and given the expansive nature of regulatory deliverables in pipeline there would be opportunities for the right candidate to contribute to/lead other key programs for the organization
