We Offer

- The Service Centers in Pune, Wroclaw and Switzerland are the cornerstone of our HR service delivery model. The Centers in Pune and Wroclaw are an integral component of the Center of Excellence. This is a key role critical to the success of the HRSC and requires you to have worked in Project Management areas.

- The role supports the implementation of the HR Service Centre strategy by ensuring that defined quality levels for services are maintained and monitored. He/she works closely with the HR Service Centres in supporting Change Projects, operating model and supported processes.

- The role also ensures the service delivery by supporting the Case Managers and Case Leads and seeking areas for continuous improvement and optimization.

- The role is responsible for managing end-to-end project management within the HR Service Centre. It is also responsible for taking ownership for the delivery of high-quality services, to supported business locations and clients against agreed performance targets.

- This role is responsible for developing tools for project execution and management, developing automated / semi-automated solutions based on VB/Excel macro, Oracle Policy automation.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and partners.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion while liaising with project partners on an ongoing basis.

- Dedicatedly handle changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Also, identify and handle project dependencies and critical path.

- Develop VB / Excel Macro based solutions

- Collecting Business Requirements for HR CRM Implementations, Self-service Solutions based on Oracle Service Cloud and working with our Implementation partners in developing and bringing this to live for Businesses

You Offer

- You have leadership role handling small scale team

- You have experience in HR or Shared Services Operations (insourced or outsourced)

- You have strong customer orientation and quality mindset

- You have Six Sigma certification and project handling experience

- You have 5+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

- You have experience in handling back office operations will be preferred

- Experience in developing automated / semi-automated solutions based on VB / Excel based macro.

- You have strong familiarity with project management methodology such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP

- Superb presentation skills (oral, written and presentation), partner management skills, able to build positive relationships across diverse groups in different locations

- High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline focused, strong analytical approach to problem solving

- Team motivation skills, able to inspire change as well as handle conflicts
