Business Process Reengineering is fast becoming a key tool to rethink existing business processes, redesign them to improve service quality, reduce costs and improve turnaround times & eventually improve efficiency. Credit Suisse Trust AG works with some of the UHNWI clients of the Bank and plans to develop a highly coordinated service delivery model, for which it plans to set up the BPR team in Mumbai.

The Mumbai office - CSBMI is the global hub for diverse activities such as trust accounting, Portfolio Performance reviews, and Operational Platform and Regulatory Radar services. The team also supports the locations on other regulatory and review tasks.

The candidate will be a part of the management team of the Head Business Management in Zurich.

- Map, analyze and rethink processes to achieve operational / cost efficiency and lead improvements in execution. Understand criticality of processes

- Document current business processes, ensure that all changes made to processes are sustainable and future changes, additional tasks are documented

- Execute process change and redesign, understand roles and responsibilities for each process step

- Optimize and define system usage

- Communicate to various levels within management, present changes to multiple business partners, define operational improvement results in tangible terms

You offer

- Close to 8 years work experience in Business Process Reengineering, with a Bank or Financial Institution. MBA is also preferable

- Project Management certification, Six Sigma certification, STEP program and a background on Trusts would be an added advantage.

- Strong leadership skills & experience of handling a team of 4 - 5 personnel

- Experience with handling a wide variety of processes and functional requirements, monitoring and measuring process performance

- Outstanding presentation and Interpersonal skills - Should be able to present analysis results and recommendations at various levels within the organization

- You are ambitious, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards

- Facilitation skills - Good liaising & coordination skills and ability to understand and collaborate with technology

- Experience of dealing with global business associates
