Credit Suisse - Business Analyst - Market Risk

Business analyst (BA) Lead, working closely with business partners and the IT department. It includes Business Analysis, writing/reviewing Business Requirements, & Functional Specification documents, Reviewing test plans & User Acceptance Testing, training end users on new system functionality, and supporting production issues through to resolution.

- Strong career development opportunities in the areas of Counterparty Credit Risk - Data Sourcing and Methodology, Capital Calculations and Credit risk concepts for Investment Banking products.

- Appreciation of Systems and Data Architectures in Risk, stressing methodology preferably in Credit Risk

- Leading on projects and initiatives in the 'Credit Risk' change management function, driving end to end implementation of regulatory requirements and other strategic, multi-disciplinary CRCO Change projects

- Partnering with the Program team members to define and agree program strategy and drive implementation of solutions

- Opportunity to engage with our key clients, which are the Credit risk management teams including Credit Analytics teams globally by supporting them in delivering reporting to Credit Risk Management, regulators and senior management

- Exposure to a wide variety of products and projects across the Investment Bank

- Opportunity to develop understanding of risk data / methodologies and systems

- Act as the first level partner concern point for team members

- Manage a team with functional and line management responsibilities

- Guiding and directing the team members in order to keep the projects on track. Sense the risks and issues in order to mitigate them upfront

- Participate and carrying out in strategic vision of the change team to build out a strong resource pool in CoE location

- Ensuring that teams are delivering to the expected standard

- Project experience including analysis, testing and implementation

- Systems experience potentially including ALM Quality Center, JIRA, Excel, Business Objects, Rapid SQL, and in-house credit risk systems
