Credit Suisse - BCBS 239 Project Manager

Seeking a talented BCBS239 Project Manager to join & manage the global delivery team. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders within London, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Requirements:

Required to drive the BCBS239 implementation in the area of Risk (Data & Reporting)

Analysis and management of BCBS 239 Budget

Project Management for one of the sub-program under BCBS 239 Program.

Preparation of stakeholder status reporting.

Interact with local & regional regulators to gather regulatory requirements

Translate regulatory requirements to business initiatives for the bank

Create & coordinate all aspects of UAT Plans, liaising with BAU teams and providing SME knowledge to define test cases & success criteria

Identify RAIDs on project & program level

Create best practice processes within an PMO organization

Key Experience/Skills:

Extensive Project Management experience (Critical)

A strong understanding of Data Lineage, Mapping and Data Modelling.

Good understanding of Credit Risk & Market Risk.

A proven track record of end to end delivery working on Global projects within Risk.

The ability to challenge and influence very Senior Stakeholders.

Strong personality, outstanding written and oral communication skills and excellent organisation, with the ability to manage multiple work streams when necessary.

Data centric regulatory projects, in particular BCBS 239.
