Regional Entity Oversights - Execution &amp; integrity of daily checks &amp; controls - Support on new business &amp; other entity related or process specific projects - Daily production support &amp; oversight for Core Reconciliations - Negotiation and periodic review of SLAs / KPIs / KRIs - 360 degrees Stakeholder management &amp; engagement - Escalation point of contact - Ensure compliance with CS policies, alignment with CS standards on conducts &amp; ethics - Liaison with Internal and External Audit and Regulators - Drive &amp; support periodic control reviews in conjunction with OC&amp;R - Leading innovation using disruptive &amp; tactical technology in service execution, delivery &amp; governance - Functional alignment to overall reconciliations strategies - Improvements to Operating Model, Standards and Governance You Offer- The candidate is expected to deliver against the following core responsibilities: - Accountable for providing a high level risk review, process performance, efficiency and relationship management - Will be encouraged to look for process improvements to provide effective controls and efficiency. - Should be open to discussing flexible/agile working. - Oversee and enhance supervisory controls by vendors on day to day processing. - Governance of capacity utilization and monthly review - Drive root cause analysis through the vendors - Periodic business review for quality and accuracy assurance purpose with vendor teams - Periodic review of KPI/KRI parameters and thresholds - Day to day oversight of our range of reconciliations via daily sampling regime - Daily review of open breaks &amp; escalation of risk issues as appropriate - Assist to analyze the existing reconciliation processes in order to assess the strength of the existing control and identify areas for improvement - Assist to document process enhancements or requirements for system changes in order to deliver the strategic reconciliations vision - Liaison with Ops Business Partners, Front Office, Trade Management and IT groups as appropriate - Participate in UAT testing, implementation and integration of new reconciliation processes as required - Should be flexible with between APAC &amp; EMEA support hours Skill and Knowledge - - Degree with 8+ years prior experience of financial services. - Current or prior Supervisory experience, preferably from a Banking/Operations environment - Previous reconciliations experience is desirable - Knowledge of Cash, Equities, FI, OTC, FX and Money market products. - Track record of making justifiable decisions and critically performing self-review of own and teams work - Should be an example of working calmly and accurately on a number of simultaneous tasks under time pressure - Experience preparing and delivering presentations, in addition to persuasive written and verbal communication skills - Strong collaboration skills in a team environment whilst maintaining personal accountability for actions and decisions - Responsiveness, mental agility and flexibility to understand new issues as they emerge; and demonstrate resourcefulness to solve problems and engage required people on time - Passion and enthusiasm to learn; a - can-do- self-starting attitude; desire to build authoritative knowledge in process, process flows and systems. - Possess strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. - High level of integrity and commitment to working in a changing and challenging environment. - Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
