As a part of Risk Reporting & Change function:
- Represent the function on program STC and in other key discussions and decisions
- For global programs impacting multiple teams, facilitate a cross-functional meeting ensuring alignment prior to STC, and dissemination of actions after the STC
- Govern Risk Reporting function overall priorities and provide direction to drive benefits across all reporting teams
- Ensure Risk Reporting resources are appropriately engaged in the program in relevant report production and/or review teams. Where necessary supporting development of business case to obtain additional funding.
- Perform assessment of implementation approach/design ensuring resulting business processes are sustainable, controlled and TOM aligned
- Challenge cases of non-strategic or tactical delivery, ensuring appropriately committed and funded day 2 plans are in place for such cases
- Partner with Change and IT to provide a consolidated view of Change, Dependencies, Risk and Issues having an impact on Risk Reporting function.
The candidate should have:
- Good knowledge and relevant business analysis experience in Risk Reporting and related processes
- Strong experience in Process Engineering and Project Management within a Banking Industry preferably in the Risk and/or Finance space
- Sound understanding of Credit Risk & Market Risk as well as regulatory programs and norms
- Strong understanding on front to back systems, data, calculations, processes, controls and reporting within an Investment Banking environment
- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills along with strong Stakeholder management and ability to drive calls & steering committees independently
- Ability to work as an Independent Resource under little supervision and meet tight deadlines
