Regional SOX: Handle the BAU AMER SOX deliverables, such as: - The role is in the SOX program management of the CS group, as a key team member in all the phases of the SOX cycle. This roles caters to the AMERs Region. It involves performing and managing deployed SOX processes in Pune, further to having very high level of multi-tasking. Assisting AMER SOX leads in various program related activities such as: A. You are able to handle the AMER SOX quality metrics, Control Matter reconciliations, AMER mailbox management. B. Supporting the region at the beginning of the period (scoping of processes / controls, collaboration with line management to decide scope and validation of controls, facilitating and monitoring designs and operating effectiveness testing wherever required). C. You will conduct the region's End of the year (inputs on project plan, training documents, meeting planner, review of sign off reports and sign off presentations). D. You will be facilitating the preparation of slides the SOX and AMER GLAO Steering Committees (STC). 2) Working with the AMER KAMs to assess My incidents, SAB99s, Internal Audit Reports and late journal reviews. 3) You would have to work with the team to support the line in the assessment and documenting SOX control matters, classification of control matters and running the status of the elements. 4) You should be able to engage in projects relating to the assistance of the performance of SOX Front to Back (FTB) Reviews to map out process flows and identify SOX controls. Working as the SOX subject matter guide and providing SME opinion to line management / business partners on all SOX related matters. 5) You shall work as a backup and provide information /update in their absence. YOU OFFER - You hold a degree in Chartered Accounting degree. You have exposure to financial services industry. - You have around 6 to 8 years of experience in Compliance/Audit function. - You possess knowledge & experience of SOX requirements &amp; Accounting.
