Project Planning and Delivery
- Project management or project coordination as needed
- Assist/lead planning for projects, develop project approach and templates
- Hands-on gathering, organizing and analyzing data/business requirements (Business Analysis)
- Lead/support in the preparation of high quality deliverables
- Face-off senior stakeholders on project status and related issues
- Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution
- Work across more than one project from conceptualization, business case through planning and delivery
Other Support Activities
- Contribute/lead in business planning activities and presentations such as budgets, headcount forecasts
- Preparation of management information such as meeting packs
- Partner/support colleagues in COO team to complete urgent deliverable
Qualifications
- 3 -10 years of professional experience, a material portion of which in a Bank
- Experience/exposure in Risk Management and/or Finance (Desirable: Exposure to Regulatory, Outsourcing, Finance, Financial Products, Financial Markets)
- Clear project management and business analysis capability and track record
- Excellent writing skills and overall good verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Multitasking, work on multiple projects or initiatives in parallel and flexibility for re prioritization of projects/support activities
- Self- starter with the ability to operate with minimal supervision
- Strong team playing ability with a record of participating where support is needed the most
