We aim to deliver strategic initiatives using leading project management and business analysis as we pursue our goal of protecting and enhancing shareholder value through optimizing the use of our financial resources. - ADAC decommissioning project is part of Core Finance System program with a key objective of replacing the in house built ADAC application which supports the data collection for Group Finance external reporting and consolidation processes. The project also aims to identify the solution for performing financial disclosure reporting and enable legal entity controllers to perform their month end closing and reporting efficiently. - To work as a Lead Business Analyst and stream lead within the project reporting into the Project Lead - Extensive interactions with Business and IT would be required to ensure business requirements are understood and design approaches are agreed with consensus. - Work closely with the Senior Stakeholders to define the new month end closing processes and map with the proposed system architecture - Extensive analytical work will also be required to support the business requirements and solution assessment - Responsible for the gathering of business requirements, documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions, where required - Preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the business requirements - Preparation of test plans, test cases, co-ordinating with users and IT during the testing phase - Execution of specific test cases - Preparation of the documentation and steps for deployment, including user training Qualifications - - Experience Range - 9 to 11 years - Experience of working as a Lead Business Analyst and of leading a project Workstream - Closely working with Senior stakeholders for requirement elicitations - Experience of implementing new solutions and ability to map new processes mapping into business architecture - Experience in Financial accounting and reporting, or has a good understanding of financial/regulatory requirements and has worked extensively with users in these areas - Strong business analytical skills - Full cycle project implementation experience - Experience of working with onshore/offshore model - Experience of working closely with IT and Support Teams - Strong presentation skills - Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle - Good knowledge of MS Office suite
