AVP - Contract Management WE OFFER : Vendor and Contract Management Oversight Team Lead activities include : Team) Management : - You will lead a small team of 3 Analysts located in Pune including performance objectives/appraisal, mentoring and career development - Work in close collaboration with the Contract Managers, Vendor Managers and Governance team that is also part of the Governance & Oversight team - Work with key business partners in the SVM VMO and the decentral VMOs. - Vendor and Contract Management Oversight - Extract Obligations, Performance Metrics, Performance Reporting and Governance Meetings etc. from the Contracts (IT, Out Sourcing and Non-IT Contracts) and share these with Contract and Vendor Managers. - Enter the information and artifacts corresponding to the extracted contractual requirements (obligations, performance metrics, governance meetings, etc.) in the VMO tool (SirionLabs), to allow appropriate tracking and management. - Oversee and ensure that the contract/vendor management activities performed by CS contract/vendor managers by adhering to the defined processes and standards. In case of any non-compliance with processes you will provide mentorship and support in order to be compliant, in close collaboration with the respective vendor manager. - You will define and maintain the global minimum requirements for Vendor and Contract Management Oversight activities - Ensure the processes remain fit for purpose and are embedded in the SirionLabs tool - Collaboratively work with various business partners to identify issues actively and build process improvement ideas YOU OFFER : - You possess a BS/BA/MBA degree - A proven 8-12 years of relevant work experience - Deep understanding of TPRM and Post-Contract Vendor and Contract Management processes - You have prior experience with managing and maintaining a SirionLabs tool implementation or an experience with a similar vendor and contract management tool - Prior work experience supporting a bank or financial services institution will be an added advantage - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels within an organization - Excellent communication, written skills, analytic and project management skills along with being dedicated and have a positive working attitude - Excellent partnership and presentation skills and the ability to translate business, technology and regulatory requirements - You are ambitious and can work independently as well as within a team composed of colleagues based locally and internationally - You have a deep understanding of the value of diversity in the workplace and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work.
