Asst Relatioship Manager - Private Banking

Implementation / Business Support :

- Rebalancing model / client portfolios in line with Investment strategy decisions

- Coordination with ARMs at time of account opening to ensure account set-up is correct. Maintain copies of investment profiles; file internal reporting (For all new Discretionary Accounts)

- Performance data maintenance, pulling out reports from system for client presentations / meetings

- Other maintenance of records / internal reports as required

- Assistance on travel related / admin arrangements for the MACS team

Product Specialist :

- Presentation / client proposals support.

- Support: for monthly / weekly sales meetings presentations or for one-off client pitches.

You offer :

- Excel and Power Point: good level of familiarity

- Personable and Enthusiastic

- 5-7 years of experience in private Banking Operations
