We Offer

- Reconciliations lead for service center management & vendor oversight

- Standardization of global reconciliation processes, controls & MI

- Improvement in existing MIS structure, governance & transparency

- Oversight manager for vendor performance management & engagement

- Escalation & communication management incl. Regional Entity Oversights

- Execution & integrity of daily checks & controls

- Client money decisions, approvals and associated procedures

- Support on new business & other entity related or process specific projects

- Daily production support & oversight for Core Reconciliations

- Negotiation and periodic review of SLAs / KPIs / KRIs

- 360 degrees Stakeholder management & engagement

- Escalation point of contact

- Ensure compliance with CS policies, alignment with CS standards on conducts & ethics

- Liaison with Internal and External Audit and Regulators

- Drive & support periodic control reviews in conjunction with OC&R

- Leading innovation using disruptive & tactical technology in service execution, delivery & governance

- Data lineage and deep dive into business challenges with reconciliations controls & services

- Functional alignment to overall reconciliations & settlements strategies

- Improvements to Operating Model, Standards and Governance

You Offer

- Should have prior experience within Capital / Int. markets and preferably Investment Banking Ops

- Should have prior experience in managing vendor services & relationships.

- Should have prior experience in defining & negotiating vendor service contracts & service levels

- Should have strong communication skills, both oral & written

- Should have strong business experience in Management Information Systems, data intelligence & analytics

- Any technical know-how & experience around data analysis & solutioning will be advantageous

- Prior experience in Nostro / Depot Reconciliations & Controls will be advantageous

- Should exhibit strong delivery & innovation with a keen eye for risk management & controls

- High level of integrity and dedication to working in a changing and challenging environment

- Should be flexible with between APAC & EMEA support hours

- A min of 8 years of experience within the relevant industry & roles
