Our client is a leading Financial Services firm based in Mumbai

Job Role:  Credit Specialist

Job Location: - Andheri, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:-

-  Underwriting home loans for low and middle income customers who are buying homes in the price range of Rs 5 Lakhs to 30 Lakhs

- Ensuring fast approval turnaround times and continuously improve the process to further improve the approval turnaround times

- Training of front end sales people to ensure that quality of incoming loan applications keeps improving

- Periodic analysis of data to understand portfolio performance across customer segments, product parameters etc and presenting recommendations/findings to the leadership team

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (1st or 2nd attempt) with 0-3 years of experience

-  Should be a passionate believer in the financial revolution happening in the country

- Should have very good interpersonal skill sets to seamlessly integrate in a young start up environment

- A strong sense of credit assessment for informal income customers and ability to come with out of the box solutions

- Ability to work in a team
