Credit Saison is an exciting Global Company which is one of Japan's largest Credit Card issuers and has launched in India in the lending domain. We received our NBFC licence in late 2019 and have started lending in India in both the Consumer and SME segment. We are looking for a AVP / VP of Operations where your day to day job will include the following areas: - Ability to design and setup the entire process for Operations in a lending business - Coming up with a detailed Operation SOP's and streamlining day to day Operations - Good understanding of interactions that will be required for Operations and internal LOS and LMS systems - Good understanding of various unsecured loan products across the Consumer and SME space and how certain processes can be setup within Operations to help automate the loan process, reduce TAT and improving efficiency - Developing and implementing the right internal controls in the various checks that would need to be done for Operations - Up to date on best practices on new innovative ways that can help reduce TAT - Build team that is needed in different areas for Operations and managing the team efficiently and effectively - Developing and coming up with various MIS reports that would be needed Candidates applying should have : - At least 8-12 years of experience of having worked in the Financial services industry (Banks ; NBFCs, NewAge NBFC- s) domain in operations - Have led teams in the past - Excellent Communications Skills
