Credit Saison is a Japanese MNC that has set up a lending business here in India. Through its NBFC here in India, which is primarily focused on unsecured lending to Consumer and SME, Credit Saison is looking to replicate its success in Japan in the Indian Market.

We are seeking a talented, energetic and resilient strategist & Innovative mind for Senior Associate - Business Initiatives role supporting the CEO with internal and external communications, strategy, and leadership team execution. The incumbent is responsible for streamlining high-importance projects and conducting leadership level internal and external initiatives that have a very significant impact on the company's business objectives.

Role & Responsibilities -

- Be a generator for new ideas and perform competitive and market feedback analysis to identify areas of opportunity/risk and proposing initiatives to drive the changes required.

- Develop the plan, strategy for these new growth initiatives and with the support of other stakeholders, come up with a concrete project execution plan.

- Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure completion within timelines.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders for project review, status and course corrections.

- Benchmark domestic and global fintech companies to keep track of the innovations in the industry and derive useful insights for the business.

- Evaluating businesses from the point of view of M&A or strategic alliances.

Required Skill Sets -

- 2-4 years of experience and MBA from tier I B-School.

- Strategy Consulting or Investment banking experience preferred.

- Understanding of the Indian Financial Services market and especially lending will be a plus.

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to derive actionable insights from various data sources.

- Exposure of project management tools will be useful.

- Executional excellence: Bias for action, taking Stretch goals, meticulous attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and generalist skill set to take on a wide range of high priority tasks.
