As a Sr. Analyst in KSF Partnership Co-Lending Risk Team, you're not just charged with coming up with great strategies that sound good on paper, but are asked to bring them to life through end-to-end delivery, measuring their impact through monitoring, and ultimately being accountable for business outcomes.

You'll spend time gathering and visualising data, storytelling through presentations, and influencing senior leadership on critical decisions. You'll work with tools like SQL to query data, spreadsheets to organise it, slides to present it, along with a number of other modern analytics tools.

You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major risk management challenges. You will team up with world-class analytics professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. We'll invest in you and give you work you're excited to do.

Successful candidates would possess :

- Analytically oriented: Experience in analytical problem-solving. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytics. Are comfortable writing basic code in SQL.

- Strategically minded: A thoughtful decision maker who is able to bring actionable and grounded recommendations to senior leadership. Able to identify and synthesize business challenges and opportunities, and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.

- Influential communicator: Ability to communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect and interpersonal skills.

- Results oriented: Focuses on driving impact both short and long term, and are able to drive and execute an agenda end-to-end from conception through to in-market delivery within an uncertain and fluid environment.

Preferred qualification :

- At least 2 years of experience in analytical role in consumer lending space in Indian market.

- A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field

- In-depth technical experience conducting data analysis and model building using code and tools with SQL, Python, Tableau
