You will drive and help the growth of this company with your analytical abilities to achieve excellence at industry-redefining levels We are looking for a Compliance Officer with around 8-12 years of work experience Your day to day job will include the following areas: - Managing all of our RBI compliance's which includes all filings and submissions that is needed to be made with RBI - Developing all of our internal and external polices that is required for legal and regulatory obligations - Managing the relationship with RBI where you would be solely responsible for all queries from RBI - Managing our RBI audits - Developing our framework, policies, processes and documentation with respect to compliance in each of our various business verticals from scratch and making sure ensures full risks mitigation - Making sure that all processes and policies that are adopted will make us compliant from a day to day operational standpoint - Manage all regulatory reporting to bureaus - Implement AML/KYC guidelines plus set up a proper monitoring practice to adhere to regulations - End to end management of the internal audits and stat audits - coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders - Train internal teams on compliance related matters regularly Skills Set : - At least 8 years of work experience in a Bank / NBFC - CA / CS qualification - If you come from a legal background and have the ability to manage our legal aspects as well, that would a plus - Confident and a Good communicator - Motivated and a team player
