Your day to day job will include the following areas: - Managing all credit policy and credit underwriting formulations for existing business verticals and new verticals that would be added over time - Analyzing the portfolio health and risk management - Responsible for monitoring NPAs for each channel partner and taking appropriate actions / steps in order to manage NPAs in the expected range - Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control. - Recruiting key members is the risk team and training them - Market Research and continuous feedback for credit policy changes that would be needed based on the current macro and industry specific situations Skills Set : - Have worked with a Bank / NBFC/ new age lending fintech and has a background in SME and Consumer lending or at least a background in SME lending - At least six years of work experience in a Bank / NBFC/ new age lending fintech - Able to take your own initiative and run solo on the work assigned to you - Confident and a Good communicator - Motivated and a team player
