We are a part of the Tokyo-listed Credit Saison group, Japan's 3rd largest credit card issuer with a track record of over 70 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with quarterly OKR planning by engaging with business and functional leaders in identifying key priorities, developing the right metrics for measurement

- Own zero to one projects and new initiatives; from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up

- Prepare key corporate cadence presentations and materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders i.e., CXOs

- Assist leadership with project monitoring by running sharp review meetings and providing succinct updates highlighting areas where intervention is required

- Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitive landscape on a regular basis

- Provide decision support on new initiatives through data gathering and analysis

Qualification & Experience:

- At least two years of experience across Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Corporate Strategy

- Quantitative undergraduate degree with track record of academic excellence

- Fintech or Financial Services experiences is an advantage but not a requirement

- Possess strong analytical skills and have an eye for detail

- Are a natural at time management - balancing multiple projects with finesse

- Are good at problem-solving, laterally if required

- Are proactive, entrepreneurial and take end-to-end ownership of things

- Are a sharp communicator and a strong collaborator, with strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders of all levels
